3. I concur in the propriety of establishing a table of fees for work done in the Magistrates' Court as provided by Section 127. I observe that by the transference & interpretation of labour bestowed upon this important Ordinance, which I trust will be the first part of Section 6 of Cap.49. The Interpretation Clause of this Ordinance states that the words "such complaint..."
